When a customer redeems a QPON, you’ll receive a notification via the merchant portal or email. You then apply the discount at the point of sale according to the offer terms.

How do I track redemptions?

Your merchant portal includes a real-time dashboard showing how many QPONs have been redeemed, along with dates, times, and any customer notes.

Do I need special technology?

No special hardware is required. You only need internet access to log into the merchant portal from your phone, tablet, or computer.

How can I apply to become a QPON merchant?

Click the “Get Listed” button on our website, fill in your business details, and our team will review and approve your listing. We’ll contact you if any extra info is needed.

How do I process a refund for my customer?

Refunds are handled directly through your own payment process. If the purchase involved a QPON, follow your normal refund policy and record it in your merchant portal for tracking.

How do I receive login credentials for the merchant portal?

Once your merchant account is approved, you’ll receive an email with your login credentials and a link to access the portal.
